2019 Mercedes AMG G63 is the most sporty version of the recent G-class will make its debut in the strong company of Ben 585 HP and 850 Nm.

But what will really beat the heart of all the high performance fans will be the powerful thruster that lies under the imposing front bonnet. In lieu of the previous 5.5-liter turbocharged V8 now located the new 4.0-liter V8 petrol turbo can deliver the beauty of 585 hp at 6,000 rpm and 850 Nm between 2,500 and 3,500 rpm. This thruster, hand-assembled by Affalterbach technicians and already used on other AMG models, allows the new Mercedes-AMG G 63 to store the practice of 0-100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds and to reach a maximum speed of 220 km/h (240 km/h in Versions with Driver’s Package) in spite of the generous size and weight not really from sports (2,485 kg).
Combined with the “monstrous” thruster there is the automatic transmission 9G Speedshift TCT AMG with 9 ratios and the integral traction 4Matic Performance AMG with a breakdown of the prevailing torque to the rear (40:60). Already because Affalterbach’s Jeep will have the performance of a sports car but does not forget his character from real off-road. The package completes the electro-mechanical parametric steering, the three electromechanically lockable differentials, Low-Range reduced gears, the Ride control AMG electronic control trim, adaptive shock absorbers and the driving modes of Dynamic Select.
